KBRA DLD is a division of Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA), a global, full-service credit rating agency. The division was formed after KBRA acquired the DLD Asset Management data and analytics platform in 2022. KBRA DLD combines KBRA's credit expertise with DLD's extensive dataset on U.S. middle-market and private credit loans. Its mission is to bring greater transparency to the opaque private credit market by providing institutional investors with comprehensive data, proprietary analytics, fund ratings, and research on private credit trends and performance.
