In 2019, Invapay was acquired by Optal, a specialist in B2B payments. Subsequently, in 2020, WEX Inc., a global leader in financial technology solutions, acquired both Optal and Invapay. The Invapay technology and platform are now fully integrated into WEX's broader corporate payments and supplier payments solutions, serving a global client base.
