Interleasing was a prominent German provider of vehicle leasing and corporate fleet management solutions. The company offered comprehensive services including vehicle financing, procurement, maintenance management, and reporting for business clients. In the 1990s, it was acquired by GE Capital and operated as part of its European fleet services division. In a major industry transaction in 2015, GE Capital's European fleet business was acquired by Arval, the vehicle leasing subsidiary of BNP Paribas. Subsequently, Interleasing was fully integrated into Arval Deutschland GmbH, and the brand and legal entity ceased to exist independently.
