Established in 2000 as a non-profit-distributing organization, the Institute of Advanced Financial Planners (IAFP) is dedicated to developing and upholding the highest professional standards for financial planners in Hong Kong and Macau. As an affiliate of the Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB), the IAFP is the only body in the region authorized to issue the globally recognized CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) certification. Its mission is to benefit the public by championing professional standards in financial planning and advancing the financial planning profession.
