INITIATIVE OISE EST is a local platform of the Initiative Oise association, itself a member of the national Initiative France network. Its mission is to support the creation, takeover, and growth of businesses within the eastern part of the Oise department. The organization provides crucial support to entrepreneurs by granting them interest-free honor loans ("prêts d'honneur").
