The company focused on providing a full range of banking services to small and medium-sized businesses, professionals, and individual consumers in its service area. It operated multiple branches across West Tennessee, North Mississippi, and East Arkansas. In a transaction completed on April 1, 2019, Independent Alliance Banks, Inc. was acquired by First Financial Bancorp, and its subsidiary, i-bank, was merged into First Financial Bank.
