Founded in 2020 by Hasan Nawaz and Ignaty Gvozdev, HUBUC was a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) provider headquartered in London. The company's mission was to simplify access to the financial ecosystem by allowing any business, regardless of its industry, to embed financial services and capabilities into its own applications. Through one API connection, clients could access services such as creating bank accounts with IBANs, issuing physical and virtual cards, and processing payments. The platform was designed to reduce the complexity, cost, and time-to-market for companies looking to offer financial products to their customers. HUBUC ceased its operations in late 2022.
