Established in 1999 with the technical and financial support of USAID, the JSC Georgian Stock Exchange (GSE) is the only licensed and operating stock exchange in Georgia. Its primary mission is to support the development of the Georgian capital market by providing an efficient and transparent trading infrastructure for securities. The GSE facilitates the raising of capital for Georgian companies and offers local and international investors a regulated platform for investing in stocks and corporate and government bonds.
