Founded in 1974 by a group of FedEx employees, the FedEx Employees Credit Association (FECCA) is a full-service financial institution. As a not-for-profit credit union, its mission is to serve as the lifetime financial institution for FedEx employees and their families worldwide by providing competitive financial products and services. Unlike a traditional bank, its members are its owners, and profits are returned to them in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings dividends, and improved services.
