Equilibria Finance is a decentralized protocol operating on the Arbitrum blockchain. It was designed as an enhancement layer for Pendle Finance, another DeFi protocol, by creating a more efficient and user-friendly system for yield management. The core mission of Equilibria is to maximize the capital efficiency of the PENDLE token (Pendle Finance's native token). It allows users to lock PENDLE to receive a liquid token called ePENDLE, which grants them boosted yields on Pendle's liquidity pools and a share of the protocol's revenue, without the typical restrictions of long-term locking. This system aims to create a flywheel effect, attracting more liquidity to both the Equilibria and Pendle ecosystems.
