Established in 2007 by Royal Charter, Druk Holding and Investments Limited (DHI) was created to hold and manage the existing and future investments of the Royal Government of Bhutan for the long-term benefit of the Bhutanese people. DHI acts as a sovereign holding company, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 21 different companies across key sectors of the Bhutanese economy, including energy, natural resources, finance, communication, aviation, trading, and real estate. Its core mission is to promote the economic development of Bhutan, enhance the value of the nation's wealth, and ensure good corporate governance across its group of companies.
