Formed in 1992 by London Stock Exchange practitioners, it has a global membership. CISI Africa represents the Institute's presence on the African continent, with a key office in South Africa. Its mission is to set standards of professional excellence and integrity for the industry by offering qualifications, professional development, and promoting a code of conduct.
