Established in 2016, Cambodian Derivatives Exchange (CDX) is the first company to receive a license as a Central Counterparty and Derivatives Exchange from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). CDX's mission is to develop a regulated, transparent, and orderly derivatives market in Cambodia. It provides a platform and clearinghouse services for a variety of derivative products, including foreign exchange, precious metals, and other commodities, enabling local derivative brokers to offer these instruments to their clients within a regulated framework.
