Founded in 1982, California Capital Financial Development Corporation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization designated by the U.S. Treasury as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Its mission is to help diverse small businesses grow and create jobs, primarily in Northern California, by providing access to capital, mentorship, and business development resources. The organization operates several lending programs, including the State Loan Guarantee Program, and provides technical assistance through its Women's Business Center and Procurement Technical Assistance Center.
