Established in 1993 and commencing operations in 1994, the Bolsa de Valores de Nicaragua (BVDN) is the central institution for the development and operation of Nicaragua's capital market. Its mission is to promote the national securities market by offering a transparent, efficient, and secure platform for channeling savings into productive investments. Supervised by the Superintendencia de Bancos y de Otras Instituciones Financieras (SIBOIF), the BVDN facilitates the trading of various financial instruments, contributing to the country's economic development.
