Founded in 1992 as PJSC VimpelCom, Beeline is one of Russia's largest telecommunications companies. Originally a pioneer in Moscow's cellular market, it grew into a national leader and became the flagship brand of the international telecom group Veon Ltd. In 2023, Veon completed the sale of its Russian operations to the local management team, making PJSC VimpelCom a fully independent Russian entity. The company provides a comprehensive suite of services including mobile and fixed-line voice communication, high-speed internet access, IPTV, and various digital and B2B solutions to millions of customers across Russia.
