In March 2022, Avail Finance was acquired by Ola Financial Services, the financial arm of the ride-hailing giant Ola, to strengthen its lending and credit-focused services for a broader customer base. The services of Avail are now being integrated into the Ola Money and Ola Cabs ecosystem.
