Launched in 2024, the Association of Payment Professionals (APP) was formed through the merger of four regional payments associations: ePayResources, Macha, PaymentsFirst, and Southern Financial Exchange (SFE). APP's mission is to empower payments professionals and their organizations to be successful by providing industry-leading education, accreditation programs, and a dedicated community for networking and support. The association serves thousands of members, including financial institutions, corporations, and fintechs, helping them navigate the complexities of the evolving payments landscape.
