Founded in 1988, the Associazione Italiana per il Factoring (Assifact) is the primary trade association for the factoring sector in Italy. Its members include banks and specialized financial intermediaries engaged in factoring activities. Assifact's mission is to represent the industry's interests with institutional bodies, promote the factoring product, conduct research and analysis on the market, provide training, and foster a culture of best practices among its members.
