Verity Credit Union

Verity Credit Union is a not-for-profit credit union that serves members in select counties of the state of Washington. Its members has been owning it since its inception. It has its main branch in the neighborhood of Northgate of Seattle in Washington. It has over $580 million in assets and more than 33,000 members as of 2019. People note it for its social media endeavors, being the first financial institution to start a blog in 2004 that earned it a spot on the Innovator of the Year awards by Net.Banker. It has eight branches throughout the metropolitan area of Seattle. Membership with it is open to anyone that lives, works, worships, or attends school in the state of Washington, as well as family members of an existing member or those who are employed within any of its affiliated organizations. It also serves military employees, current and retired, and their extended families, located in 16 Washington counties. John Zmolek is its current chief executive officer.
