Founded in 1999, Investia operates as a large-scale mutual fund dealer (MFD) supporting a network of thousands of independent financial advisors across Canada. Its mission is to provide these advisors with the platform, products, compliance oversight, and back-office support necessary to offer comprehensive financial advice and investment solutions to their clients. This model allows advisors to run their own practices (such as ExcelPlan Financial) while being registered and supervised by a major regulated entity.
