Dream Forward was a U.S.-based fintech company founded in 2015 with a mission to make retirement savings accessible and affordable for everyone, particularly employees of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The company utilized technology, including an AI-powered virtual assistant, to simplify 401(k) plan administration, reduce management fees, and increase employee participation. In 2021, Dream Forward was acquired by The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, a major insurance and wealth management firm. Its technology and services have since been integrated into Guardian's retirement solutions to enhance their offerings for the SMB market.
