Founded in 2014, DMFCO Asset Management is an independent asset manager based in the Netherlands. The company's mission is to offer institutional investors direct access to the Dutch residential mortgage market, providing stable, long-term returns. DMFCO manages the entire investment process, from origination through its proprietary mortgage labels, MUNT Hypotheken and Hypotrust Vrij Leven, to servicing and risk management. As of 2024, the company manages over €33 billion in assets for a diverse client base that includes pension funds, insurance companies, and other institutional investors.
