Defynance is a fintech company founded with the mission to address the student debt crisis in the United States. The company offers an alternative to traditional student loan refinancing by providing Income Share Agreements (ISAs). An ISA allows a graduate to receive funds to pay off existing high-interest student loans in exchange for a fixed percentage of their future income for a set period.
