The concept involved players owning, upgrading, and racing digital cars represented as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) to earn the native cryptocurrency token, $CCAR. The project launched in 2021 but ceased development and support shortly after, with its token value collapsing, leading to widespread public reports and allegations of it being an abandoned project or "rug pull."
