Founded in 1991, China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. (CMS) is one of the earliest securities firms established in China and is a core financial subsidiary of the state-owned China Merchants Group. The company is publicly listed on both the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE: 600999) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX: 6099). CMS operates as a full-service investment bank, offering a wide array of services including securities and futures brokerage, investment banking (underwriting and sponsorship), asset management, wealth management, investment advisory, and proprietary trading to a diverse client base of individual, institutional, and corporate customers.
