CEVALDOM

Established under the Securities Market Law No. 19-00 of the Dominican Republic, CEVALDOM is the sole entity authorized to provide central securities depository services in the country. Its primary mission is to offer legal security and reduce risks in the Dominican securities market by managing the electronic registry, custody, clearing, settlement, and administration of securities. By centralizing these functions, CEVALDOM enhances the efficiency, transparency, and integrity of the country's capital market infrastructure.
