Founded in 2017, BX Blue operates as a fintech platform and a "correspondente bancário" (banking correspondent) in Brazil, authorized by the Central Bank. Its mission is to bring transparency and efficiency to the secured credit market by providing a 100% online platform where users can simulate, compare, and contract payroll-deducted loans with competitive interest rates. In early 2022, the company was acquired by PicPay, a major Brazilian payments and financial services company, to strengthen PicPay's credit ecosystem and expand its marketplace offerings.
