ATLANT was a technology-focused company that aimed to disrupt the global real estate market using the Ethereum blockchain. Launched via an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in 2017, its mission was twofold: to enable the tokenization of real estate, allowing for fractional, liquid ownership and trading of property, and to create a decentralized P2P rental platform to reduce fees and intermediaries. The project intended to leverage smart contracts to ensure transparency and security in real estate transactions. While it gained initial traction during the ICO boom, active development and community engagement appear to have halted, and the project is now widely considered dormant.
