Founded in 2006 and based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Algebra Capital established itself as a leading independent asset manager focused on the MENA region. The firm provided investment management services, including equity and fixed income funds, to institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals. In 2014, Franklin Templeton acquired a 49% stake, and in May 2018, it completed the full acquisition, subsequently rebranding the company to Franklin Templeton Investments (ME) Limited.
