Alberta Teachers' Retirement Fund

Established in 1939, the Alberta Teachers' Retirement Fund Board (ATRF) is an independent corporation responsible for administering and managing the pension funds for Alberta's active and retired teachers. ATRF manages the assets of the Teachers' Pension Plan and the Private School Teachers' Pension Plan on behalf of more than 87,000 members. Its mission is to secure the futures of its members by providing the promised pension benefits through prudent administration, investment management, and member services.
