AIARC

Established in 1992, AIARC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving the international education community. Its mission is to assist U.S. non-profit schools, colleges, and organizations operating overseas by designing, implementing, and administering comprehensive employee benefits packages. The organization specializes in creating customized solutions, including retirement, insurance, and other benefits, specifically for the unique needs of Third Country National (TCN) employees, ensuring compliance and providing dedicated support to both the institutions and their staff.
