The York and North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership (Y&NY LEP) was a collaboration between local authorities and businesses in England, established to promote economic growth, support local businesses, attract inward investment, and improve skills and infrastructure. It played a key role in setting the region's economic priorities and managed significant funding streams to deliver on its strategic objectives. Following UK government policy changes, the core functions and responsibilities of the LEP were transferred to the newly formed York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority in April 2024 to streamline regional governance and development.
