Originally established in 1961 as the Johnson Space Center Federal Credit Union, the organization rebranded to Wellby Financial to better reflect its expanded community charter. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, its members are its owners, and its mission is to improve their financial well-being. Wellby provides a full suite of banking services, including checking and savings accounts, personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, and investment services, focusing on community involvement and personalized member service.
