Founded in 2013, Tramonex was a London-based financial technology company that provided a platform for businesses to manage foreign exchange (FX) and execute cross-border payments. The company was regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Electronic Money Institution. In 2021, Tramonex was acquired by Finix, a US-based payments infrastructure provider, to serve as Finix's foundation for its expansion into the UK and Europe. The Tramonex brand has been phased out, and its technology and operations are now fully integrated into Finix's global payments platform.
