Originally launched as a subsidiary of the online broker TradeKing, TradeKing Advisors, Inc. was a registered investment advisor that provided algorithm-driven portfolio management, commonly known as a robo-advisor service. The platform aimed to offer accessible and low-cost managed investment solutions to a broad range of investors. In 2016, its parent company, TradeKing Group, Inc., was acquired by Ally Financial. Following the acquisition, the TradeKing brand, including TradeKing Advisors, was integrated and rebranded into Ally Financial's new investment platform, Ally Invest, in 2017.
