Founded in 1998 by the Government of Canada, the World Bank, and the Schulich School of Business at York University, Toronto Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the skills and knowledge of financial sector supervisors and regulators. Its mission is to promote financial stability, integrity, and access to financial services globally, with a particular focus on emerging markets and developing economies. The Centre provides experiential training programs, workshops, and technical assistance to help officials effectively supervise their financial systems and navigate complex crises.
