Launched in 2013, it offered a proprietary web-based platform for retail clients to speculate on the price movements of various assets, including currencies, stocks, commodities, and indices. The company was regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under its parent company's license. However, Topoption ceased all operations and closed down around early 2017 after its parent company, Leadtrade Ltd, voluntarily renounced its CySEC license.
