Founded in 1989, The Loan Fund is an award-winning, certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Its mission is to provide flexible and affordable loans, as well as business consulting and training, to underserved small businesses and non-profits to create social and economic opportunities. By offering capital to those who may not qualify for traditional bank financing, the organization aims to foster job creation, strengthen communities, and support the economic development of the state.
