Sparebankstiftelsen SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge is a Norwegian savings bank foundation established in 2011. Its primary mission is to be a significant, long-term owner of SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge and to continue the savings bank tradition of giving back to the local community. The foundation manages the capital created through the bank's operations over many years. The profits and dividends it receives from its ownership stake in the bank are distributed as grants to support a wide range of non-profit projects in the fields of culture, sports, education, research, and business development across Northern Norway.
