Founded in 2011, SiamoSoci S.r.l. was one of Italy's first and most prominent platforms for venture capital and equity crowdfunding. Its mission was to connect private investors with innovative startups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking capital, democratizing access to venture capital investments. In 2017, following its success and growth in the Italian market, the SiamoSoci platform and its operations were fully merged and rebranded into Mamacrowd, which is now the leading equity crowdfunding platform in Italy, authorized by CONSOB (the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission).
