Founded in 1994 as the Community Financial Resource Center (CFRC) and rebranded in 2017, RISE Financial Pathways is a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Its mission is to empower low-to-moderate income individuals and entrepreneurs in Los Angeles to build financial security and generational wealth. The organization provides a range of services including one-on-one financial coaching, credit-building education and loans, and comprehensive support for small businesses, such as technical assistance and access to capital.
