Originally chartered in 1936 as the Klamath Falls Paper Mills Federal Credit Union, the institution was renamed Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union in 1980. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members. The credit union's mission is to deliver quality financial services with a personal touch to improve the lives of its members. They offer a full range of banking products, including personal and business accounts, various types of loans (auto, home, personal), and investment services.
