P2P Lending sp. z o.o. was a limited liability company established in Poland to operate in the peer-to-peer lending sector. However, the company's independent operations were short-lived. On November 30, 2016, it was officially merged with and absorbed by Capital Service S.A., a major Polish non-bank financial institution founded in 1999. Capital Service S.A. is the owner of consumer-facing loan brands such as "KredytOK" and provides installment loans and financial services directly to consumers through a network of physical branches and online channels. All assets and operations of P2P Lending sp. z o.o. are now part of Capital Service S.A.
