Founded in 1995, Open Broker (Открытие Брокер) grew to become a leading financial brokerage in Russia. As part of the Otkritie Financial Group, it provided clients with access to major Russian and international trading venues, including the Moscow Exchange (MOEX), SPB Exchange, NYSE, and NASDAQ. The company offered services for trading stocks, bonds, currencies, and derivatives, alongside asset management and investment advisory. In 2021, the company was rebranded as "Otkritie Investments." Following the acquisition of its parent, Otkritie Bank, by VTB Bank in late 2022, the brokerage clients and operations were integrated into VTB My Investments in 2023.
