Founded in 1979, the Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation (NEDCO) is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and Community Development Corporation (CDC). Its mission is to build vibrant and thriving communities by investing in people and places throughout Oregon. NEDCO achieves this by providing a range of services including financial education and coaching, access to capital for small businesses, homeownership programs, and matched savings accounts, primarily serving low- to moderate-income individuals and families.
