Npower was one of the "Big Six" energy suppliers in the United Kingdom, providing gas and electricity to millions of homes and businesses. Originally part of the German utility company RWE, Npower faced significant challenges with customer service and billing systems over the years. In 2019, E.ON acquired Npower's parent company, Innogy, and began the process of integrating Npower's customer base into its new E.ON Next brand. This migration was completed in 2021, and the Npower brand is no longer active for new customers, with all operations and support now handled by E.ON Next.
