It specialized in providing a variety of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans, directly to consumers. As part of the larger Finance of America network, its mission was to offer a streamlined and accessible home financing process. However, in October 2022, the parent company, Finance of America Companies Inc., made a strategic decision to wind down its forward mortgage originations segment to focus on its reverse mortgage and other home solutions businesses. Consequently, this division is no longer originating new loans.
