The Mongolian Sustainable Finance Association (MSFA), also known by its Mongolian acronym ToC ("Тогтвортой Санхүү"), is a non-governmental organization established in 2018. It was co-founded by the Mongolian Bankers Association, the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), with support from all Mongolian commercial banks. The MSFA's core mission is to manage and advance the Mongolian Sustainable Finance Program, fostering the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into the lending and investment operations of the local financial industry to support sustainable national development.
