Funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) and operated by the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Economic Development, the Southern California MBDA Business Center is focused on fostering the growth of minority business enterprises (MBEs). The center provides a suite of business development services, including strategic business consulting, assistance with securing capital through loans and financing, and support in obtaining government and private sector contracts. Its mission is to help minority-owned firms scale their operations, create jobs, and compete effectively in both local and global markets.
